PCR+ IgM test(Next Day Result)

The qualified test report can be used to apply for a health green code from the Chinese Embassy in UK in order to travel to China . 

 

If your transit country requires a PCR+ IgM test report within 2 days (48 hours) before departure from the UK, you can choose this testing service.

 

If travelling to China from a third country should follow the directions on the website of the local Chinese Embassy or consulate for requirements from that country. In order to receive a Health Declaration Form from the Chinese Embassy you must provide evidence of negative nucleic acid and IgM antibody tests for COVID-19 taken no more than 48 hours before you travel.

 

General Guidance and Warnings


On the day of the test


Please arrive before your appointment time starts, please bring the original Photo ID with you when you have your test. Photo or photo copy won’t be accepted. If you're using the test to travel please bring your passport.

 

Types of photographic ID we accept:

  • Photocard driving license (an expired photocard does NOT invalidate the license)
  • A valid passport (original, No copy)
  • Formal BRP ID cards (original, No copy)

 

Please reconfirm to the receptionist that you are taking the same day result test before you take your test, and make sure priority for the test is given by the nurse.

 

When it is your turn to be tested, a medical professional will take your test sample. Our IgM antibody test will be sampled by taking blood sample and PCR test will be sampled using a nasopharyngeal swab.

 

We will deliver test samples to the testing laboratory as quickly as possible by next day delivery service.

 

PCR +IgM test reports will be sent to your email as a PDF between 10:00-13:00 (usually no later than 21:00) on the following day

Please Note

 

  1. Please use non-mainland mailboxes for registration (there is a possibility that you will not receive the test report emails), Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, ac.uk and are strongly recommended.
  2. Please check carefully all folders including junk (junk email) after the order has been placed.
  3. Please arrive in Nottingham pharmacy BEFORE 12:30 for your test. Individual dates may affect the time for taking samples, subject to the time available for appointment on the reference calendar.

 

Refunds

 

Test reports receive on the following day is guaranteed. The following refund options offered to customers who not receiving test report as promised:

  • Refund of £100 compensation offered to customers who not receiving test reports as promised (before 7 pm next day) but reports still needed for proceeding embassy health green code and your trip is not delayed.

 

  • If a full refund is required, then we will not provide you with the test results and report. Full payment refund will be processed to your original form of payment. If your original form of payment is associated with a now closed bank account or credit card, please contact your financial institution regarding the refund. If you have paid for your test with a card, the refund will be made back to the same card.

 

Change your appointment

 

Change the time/date for your test appointment is free of charge. Please provide customer service with notice at least 24 hours before any planned visits. If your test appointment is too short for your flight boarding time, we have the right to cancel your appointment and full refund will be issued.

Any cancellation request made before taking the test and agreed by customer service is free of charge. Please contact customer service for full payment refund.

Frequently asked questions


Q: What do I need to do on the day of the test?

 

A: On the day of the test, you need to avoid eating and drinking at least half an hour before the test, and you need to bring your passport or relevant identity documents to the test.



Q: Do I need to pre-book an appointment?

Q: When should I book my test in order to apply for health green code from Chinese Embassy in the UK ?

 

A: The recommended test date is two (2) days prior to the flight departure (N-2) to ensure that the test report complies with the new Embassy regulations.


Q: What if the PCR test result appears to be UNCLEAR?


A:  We will contact you as soon as possible and rebook your test for free, or you can choose to request a refund. If you booked a single PCR test, we will refund the full payment of the single test .

 

Q: What happens if I have a positive test result for either PCR or IgM and do I get my money back ?

 

A: If you have a positive test result for either PCR or antibody (IgM/IgG), we regret that we cannot refund your test fee. As a registered healthcare provider in the UK, Pharmacy is obliged to report PCR positive test results to the NHS, so please cooperate with us if a positive test result occurs.


Q: Are test reports guaranteed for boarding flights?

 

A: We cannot guarantee 100% that the test reports provided will be accepted for boarding, as each country and different airlines have their own policies. In addition, there may be delays in reports due to unavoidable reasons such as logistical delays, weather, laboratory accidents, etc. Although this is very unlikely, we need to make all our customers aware that we use one of the best laboratories in the UK and that in 99% of cases we can produce a report within the time frame we have promised.
